Mrs. Kelly Willis is a seventh grade ELA instructor at Carmichaels Area Middle School. Mrs. Willis received a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s of Education and Reading Specialist degree from California University of PA. Mrs. Willis has been teaching in the public school system since the year 2000.
